【イベント概容】「世界に問いかける、可能性の交差点」を掲げているSHIBUYA QWS。渋谷と世界の架け橋をつくるには何が必要なのでしょうか？
SXSW （サウスバイサウスウェスト）やArs Electronica（アルスエレクトロニカ）等、グローバルイベントについて知見をお持ちのご登壇者の皆さまから、世界への発信力における渋谷の可能性や、渋谷でグローバルイベントを生み出すことにあたっての必要なことなどを伺いながら、渋谷と世界をつなげるためのこれからのアクション・プレーヤーを探っていきます。

久納鏡子｜Kyoko Kunoh
（アーティスト／アルスエレクトロニカ・アンバサダー ｜Artist, Ambassador of Ars Electronica.
これまでインタラクティブアート分野における作品を手がける一方、公共空間、商業スペースやイベント等での空間演出や展示造形、大学や企業との共同技術開発など幅広く活動している。2017年からはArs Electronica Futurelabの研究プロジェクトにも携わる。 作品はポンピドゥセンター（フランス）、SIGGRAPH（アメリカ）、文化庁メディア芸術祭など国内外で発表。東京都写真美術館（日本）に所蔵。
She has created extensively on art works in the interactive art field, and has been active in a wide range of fields such as directing in the public and commercial space, design of exhibit products, and joint project with companies and universities. She has involved research projects of Ars Electronica Futurelab since 2017.Her projects have been featured in many different locations both domestically and internationally including Ars Electronica (Austria), SIGGRAPH (USA), Centre Pompidou (France) and Japan Media Arts Festival (Japan).
田坂 克郎｜Yoshiro Tasaka（渋谷区グローバル拠点都市推進室長）
渋谷区グローバル拠点都市推進室室長。在サンフランシスコ日本領事館での８年半の勤務後、東北のスタートアップ役員職を経て、2019年には小松製作所に入社し、同社が設立したベンチャー「ランドログ社」で副社長を務める。「海外」「スタートアップ」「大手」と多様な経験を活かし、渋谷を国際的スタートアップ都市にするため活動中。
Yoshiro Tasaka is the Director of Global City Promotion Office whose role is to make Shibuya a global startup hub city. After working at the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco for eight and a half years, he joined Komatsu Ltd. in 2019 after working as a start-up executive in the Tohoku region, and served as vice president at the company’s venture company, Landlog. He is working to make Shibuya an international startup city by making use of his diverse experiences.
ニコラス・カルヴォネン｜Niklas Karvonen

ニコラス・カルヴォネンは北欧スタートアップ・テック系成長企業の日本進出支援を提供する、北欧５カ国駐日大使館商務部とのコラボレーション団体Nordic Innovation House Tokyo（NIH）のコミュニティ ディレクターです。日本のIoTベンチャー起業と地元テック系イベントの企画・運営を経て、当プロジェクトの担当に。フィンランドのアアルト大学院で国際デザインビジネスとCEMS MIMのダブルディグリーを取得。（Twitter: @KarvonenNiklas）
Niklas Karvonen is currently the Community Director at Nordic Innovation House (NIH) Tokyo, a pan-Nordic governmental platform to support Nordic startups and scaleups with their expansions to Japan. Before NIH, Niklas worked for a Japanese IoT startup, and has been involved in arranging tech events and conferences both in Helsinki and Tokyo. 国際基督教大学卒。日本アイ・ビー・エムでITエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタート。その後、アドビシステムズでフィールドマーケティングマネージャー、バスキュールでプロデューサーを経て2014年に株式会社HEART CATCH設立。ビジネス・クリエイティブ・テクノロジーをつなぐ“分野を越境するプロデューサー”として自社、スタートアップ、企業、官公庁プロジェクトを生み出している。2020年には米国ロサンゼルスにHEART CATCH LAを設立、米国でのプロジェクトも進行中。 Art Thinking Improbable Workshop Executive Producer 、内閣府日本オープンイノベーション大賞専門委員会委員、武蔵野美術大学 大学院 クリエイティブイノベーション学科研究室 非常勤講師 。
Graduated from International Christian University in Tokyo JAPAN, Mariko Nishimura started her career as an IT engineer at IBM Japan. After her career at Adobe Systems as a field marketing manager and Bascule Inc. as a producer, she founded HEART CATCH Inc. in 2014. As a producer who connects business, creative and technologies beyond borders, she starts not only projects of her own company but various projects ranging from start-ups, enterprises, and government projects. In 2020, she founded HEART CATCH LA in Los Angeles, USA. She is also working on projects in the US. J-Startup supporters, Art Thinking Improbable Workshop Executive Producer in Japan, a committee for METI Study Group for Creativity for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, an Adjunct Professor at Musashino Art University.
